F & B Director
to join our team

The
Director of Food & Beverage
is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for the overall operation, planning, and success of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel, including restaurants, bars, banqueting and in-room dining. The ideal candidate brings a strong business acumen, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Role responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

· Lead, manage, and train the F&B team across all outlets

· Drive revenue and profitability through innovative concepts, quality standards, and cost control

· Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance F&B offerings and guest satisfaction

· Oversee menu development, pricing, and vendor relationships in collaboration with the Executive Chef

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

· Monitor financial performance & prepare regular reports for the Management & Banyan Group meetings

· Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing teams to uphold service excellence

· Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on promotions, events, and brand positioning

Role Requirements & Person Specification

· Minimum of 2 years' experience in F&B leadership roles, preferably in a luxury or upscale hotel environment

· Proven track record in managing large teams and multi-outlet operations

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

· Strong understanding of financial management, P&L, and budgeting

· Hospitality degree or equivalent qualification preferred

· A strong focus on training and service excellence based on LQA standards
