Πωλητή Εσωτερικού & Customer Service
για να ενισχύσει την ομάδα Πωλήσεων Εσωτερικού.

Αναζητούμε το κατάλληλο υποψήφιο που θα μπορεί να προσφέρει άψογη εξυπηρέτηση στους υφιστάμενους πελάτες (ταχεία, ακριβής και ευγενική ανταπόκριση) και να συμβάλλει ενεργά στην
εύρεση και ανάπτυξη νέου πελατολογίου
, εξασφαλίζοντας συνεχή ροή προσφορών και υγιές pipeline.

Τοποθεσία & τρόπος εργασίας

Έδρα:
Αττική
. Εργασία κυρίως στο γραφείο, με
2 ημέρες/εβδομάδα στο πεδίο
(επισκέψεις σε πελάτες/αγορά).

Κύριες ευθύνες

  • Καθημερινή επικοινωνία
    με πελάτες (τηλέφωνο, e-mail, portals) και άμεση διαχείριση αιτημάτων.
  • Παραγγελειοληψία & ERP
    : καταχώριση/έλεγχος στοιχείων (κράμα/temper, ανοχές, μήκη, επιφάνεια – βαφή/ανοδίωση, οδηγίες συσκευασίας), επιβεβαίωση διαθεσιμότητας/χρόνων.
  • Προσφορές & κοστολόγηση
    (LME, premium, κόστος μεταποίησης) σε συνεργασία με Οικονομικό & Παραγωγή.
  • Παρακολούθηση παραγγελιών end-to-end
    μέχρι αποστολή (συντονισμός με Προγραμματισμό, Βαφείο, Συσκευασία/Logistics).
  • Διαχείριση παραπόνων/επιστροφών
    με τεκμηριωμένη ανατροφοδότηση προς Ποιότητα/Παραγωγή.
  • Ανάπτυξη νέων πελατών
    : έρευνα αγοράς, προσέγγιση leads, προ-ποιοτικός έλεγχος, παρουσίαση λύσεων και μετατροπή σε ενεργούς λογαριασμούς.
  • Συνεπής χρήση
    CRM
    (ευκαιρίες, δραστηριότητες, forecast) και τήρηση πειθαρχίας δεδομένων.
  • Εβδομαδιαία παρακολούθηση
    δεικτών
    : χρόνος πρώτης απάντησης, ακρίβεια παραγγελιών, OTIF.

Προφίλ υποψηφίου

  • 3+ έτη εμπειρίας σε
    B2B εσωτερικές πωλήσεις/Customer Service
    (ιδανικά σε βιομηχανία).
  • Ικανότητα κατανόησης τεχνικών προδιαγραφών
    διέλασης αλουμινίου
    (σειρά 6xxx, temper, επιφανειακές επεξεργασίες, EN).
  • Άριστη χρήση
    ERP/CRM
    και MS Office (ιδίως Excel). Γνώση Power BI θα εκτιμηθεί.
  • Αγγλικά
    σε πολύ καλό επίπεδο (γραπτά/προφορικά).
  • Εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας, προτεραιοποίησης και διαπραγμάτευσης· προσανατολισμός στη λύση.
  • Δίπλωμα οδήγησης
    και διαθεσιμότητα για μετακινήσεις εντός/εκτός Αττικής (2 ημέρες/εβδ. στο πεδίο).
