Τεχνικό Υποστήριξης / Service Engineer
για την εγκατάσταση, συντήρηση και επισκευή εξειδικευμένων εργαστηριακών συστημάτων που διαθέτει στην ελληνική αγορά.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Εγκατάσταση και θέση σε λειτουργία αναλυτικών & διαγνωστικών εργαστηριακών συστημάτων.
  • Τακτική συντήρηση και τεχνική υποστήριξη πελατών.
  • Διάγνωση και αποκατάσταση βλαβών σε ηλεκτρονικό/μηχανολογικό εξοπλισμό.
  • Συνεργασία με το τμήμα πωλήσεων & επιστημονικής υποστήριξης για την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.
  • Συμμετοχή σε εκπαιδευτικά σεμινάρια από κατασκευαστές του εξωτερικού.
  • Διαχείριση αποθήκης: τακτοποίηση, παρακολούθηση και απογραφή
  • Παραλαβή και διαχείριση ειδών.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Τεχνολογικής Κατεύθυνσης (Ηλεκτρονικών, Αυτοματισμού, Βιοϊατρικής Τεχνολογίας ή συναφούς τομέα).
  • Εμπειρία σε τεχνική υποστήριξη ιατροτεχνολογικού ή εργαστηριακού εξοπλισμού (θα θεωρηθεί ισχυρό πλεονέκτημα).
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (τεχνική ορολογία & manuals).
  • Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και εξυπηρέτησης πελατών.
  • Οργανωτικότητα και υπευθυνότητα.
  • Δίπλωμα οδήγησης και διαθεσιμότητα για ταξίδια.
  • Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις (για άνδρες).
