About the job:

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join their team who will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage team work schedules, ensuring alignment with daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Delegate tasks effectively to drive progress and meet project objectives.
• Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are delivered to agreed standards.
• Identify potential risks early and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Analyze existing operations, scheduling training sessions and meetings to address areas for improvement.
• Apply effective techniques for Product Backlog management, ensuring clarity and prioritization.
• Facilitate Scrum rituals (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
• Remove impediments that block or slow down the Development Team's progress.
• Guide employees and stakeholders in understanding and applying Scrum and empirical product development practices.
• Drive organizational and cultural change to increase the productivity of Scrum Teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a
  Scrum Master, Agile Project Coordinator, or Project Manager
  in a hybrid (Agile + Waterfall) environment.
• Strong understanding of
  Agile frameworks
  (Scrum, Kanban) and practical experience applying them.
• Ability to adapt project management practices across both
  Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  .
• Hands-on experience with collaboration and project management tools:
  JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro
  .
• Solid
  communication and facilitation skills
  , with the ability to coordinate between multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong
  problem-solving and risk management skills
  , including creating contingency plans.
• Experience supporting
  Scrum rituals
  and backlog management.
• Familiarity with
  User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  processes (preferred but not mandatory).
