About the role...

We are currently seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a multinational environment on a multitude of tasks supporting our business in implementing and developing solutions for large EU and international institutions and private sector companies in Greece and abroad.

What You Will Do...

• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, while promoting Agile values and principles.
• Prepare and present Agile metrics such as velocity and burndown charts to support team performance tracking and decision-making.
• Proactively identify and remove impediments that may hinder team progress.
• Coach and mentor team members to promote self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between development efforts and business objectives.
• Foster transparency and maintain open communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, experimentation, and adaptation.
• Support risk identification and mitigation to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

Technical Skills required...

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience working in Scrum teams in roles such as Scrum Master, Developer, Tester, or Product Owner.
• Understanding of project management best practices.
• Proficient with Agile collaboration and tracking tools (e.g., , Jira, Trello, Miro).
• Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English (knowledge of French will be an asset).
