About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Access Management Analyst to join the Group Cyber & Information Security Office, within the User Access Management (UAM) team. In this role, you will play a critical part in protecting the Bank's digital ecosystem — ensuring that user access across all systems and applications remains secure, compliant, and well-governed.

You will help strengthen our cyber resilience by shaping and monitoring how digital identities are managed and controlled, aligning access rights with business roles, policies, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate user access requests across Bank systems and applications, ensuring alignment with established security policies and procedures
• Maintain and update Access Control Matrices (ACMs) for systems and processes under scope
• Oversee adherence to the User Access Management (UAM) framework, ensuring consistent implementation of access controls across systems
• Apply internal policies, standards, and procedures related to identity and access management (IAM)
• Analyze and define business roles and entitlements, identify conflicts, and support appropriate mapping to technical roles
• Support periodic access reviews and business role recertifications, maintaining accurate access rights documentation
• Maintain and update relevant process documentation, including the Access Governance Policy and User Guide for the Identity Management (IDM) system
• Track and report on key performance and risk indicators (KPIs/KRIs) to ensure transparency and compliance within the access governance function

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or any related field. Master's degree will be considered a plus
• 2–4 years of experience in access management, IT security, or relevant technology/business operations roles
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with SQL, SharePoint, and Microsoft BI tools is an advantage
• Good command of English, both written and verbal
• Ability to synthesize complex information and develop effective, actionable solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams
