Architect / Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team.
This is a full-time, office-based position at our company office (3is Septemvriou 24, Gazi 71414, Crete).
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and managing architectural projects, demonstrating excellent technical skills, creativity, and leadership abilities. The position is full time Job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design development from concept to construction documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Oversee and coordinate project teams to ensure timely quality deliverables.
• Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations using CAD and architectural visualization tools.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in architecture.
• Proven experience in commercial, residential, or public architecture projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
• Strong understanding of Greek building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Greek and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with sustainable design and green building certifications.
• Portfolio demonstrating diverse and successful projects.
• Knowledge of Greek culture, environment, and local architectural styles.
