Role Description

IO Architecture is hiring an architect to join its team in Heraklion, Greece.

We invite a qualified architect engineer to join our growing studio in Crete and work on residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. The projects range from large commercial developments in the workplace and residential sector, to individual houses. Our passion lies in tailored, holistic, experiential design with great attention to architectural and interior design details.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience
• Proven ability in designing and managing fast-paced projects while on the drawing board, and on-site
• Proficiency in Rhino & Lumion to both design architectural drawings, as well as generate high impact visualisations of projects
• Good knowledge of local building regulations (NOK)
• Strong communication and coordination skills with clients, contractors and engineers
• Valid driving licence
