We are looking for a Content Lead to take full ownership of key projects, aligning with clients and guiding teams to high-quality outcomes. This role is pivotal in strengthening 's thought leadership and brand voice. The ideal candidate will be creative, well-organized, and results-oriented, with a deep understanding of technology, innovation and startups ecosystems.

In this position, you will be responsible for creating and polishing quality content while maintaining a cohesive tone of voice. You will engage and coordinate colleagues and external partners while acting as a key point of contact within the organisation. You'll play a key role in forming the current business content creation space, ensuring that every piece of content stays fresh and reflects 's quality and expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging business content across topics such as innovation, technology, digital transformation, and entrepreneurship.

  • Oversee the full content lifecycle, from concept and research to editing, design briefing, and publication.

  • Manage project timelines, stakeholder communication, and deliverables to ensure quality and impact.

  • Edit and finalize reports, native articles, and LinkedIn curation outputs to maintain a consistent tone of voice.

  • Curate and repurpose content for outreach activities and campaigns (SoMe, newsletters, etc.).

  • Prepare data visualization briefs for design/layout.

  • Collaborate with external partners (designers, media, data providers) to deliver high-quality outputs.

  • Own, create and share product presentations that support new business opportunities.

  • Be a mentor and a mentee, share expertise while continuously learning from others.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a B2B context, journalism or agency environment.

  • Tech-savvy and curious, staying up to date with emerging technologies and new ways of working.

  • Strong editorial judgment and ability to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging content.

  • Sharp, structured, and proactive communication in Greek and English with both teammates and clients.

  • Confident in owning client relationships, from onboarding to project delivery, while identifying new collaboration opportunities.

  • Strategic thinker who enjoys diving into the details of writing, editing, and storytelling.

  • Proficient with SaaS tools (like Slack, Jira, Confluence, Canva, etc.) and familiar with AI and LLMs.

  • A growth mindset, open to feedback, eager to learn, and willing to elevate others.
