Καθήκοντα

  • Υποστηρίζει την Executive Housekeeper στη διαχείριση όλων των εργασιών καθαριότητας και οργάνωσης του τμήματος.

  • Συντονίζει και ελέγχει τις εργασίες καθαριότητας δωματίων, κοινοχρήστων χώρων, πλυντηρίου, σιδερωτηρίου και γκαρνταρόμπας.

  • Διασφαλίζει την τήρηση των εσωτερικών διαδικασιών (SOPs) και των κανόνων υγιεινής & ασφάλειας.

  • Συμβάλλει στη διαχείριση αποθεμάτων, παραγγελιών και στην επίτευξη του προϋπολογισμού του τμήματος.

  • Επιβλέπει, εκπαιδεύει και καθοδηγεί το προσωπικό, εξασφαλίζοντας υψηλό επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης.

  • Συνεργάζεται με όλα τα τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου και αντικαθιστά την Executive Housekeeper σε περίπτωση απουσίας.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Ανώτερης Σχολής Τουριστικών Επαγγελμάτων ή αντίστοιχος τίτλος.

  • Τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε παρόμοια θέση σε ξενοδοχειακή μονάδα.

  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά & προφορικά)

  • Βασικές δεξιότητες Η/Υ.

  • Γνώση Protel θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.

  • Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας, οργάνωσης και ηγεσίας ομάδας, με προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.

  • Θετική στάση, υπευθυνότητα και προσαρμοστικότητα σε δυναμικό περιβάλλον.
