Αρμοδιότητες

  • Η παροχή εξαίρετης εξυπηρέτησης πελατών σε κάθε ενοικίαση αυτοκινήτου με στόχο, τόσο την αύξηση των πωλήσεων όσο και την δημιουργία σχέσης εμπιστοσύνης
  • Η προώθηση επιπρόσθετων προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών πέραν της ενοικίασης, με στόχο την βελτιστοποίηση της εμπειρίας του πελάτη
  • Η παρακολούθηση και κατανόηση του ανταγωνισμού, με στόχο την παροχή της καλύτερης δυνατής προσφοράς ακολουθώντας την πολιτική της εταιρίας
  • Η ενεργή συμμετοχή στη λειτουργία του σταθμού και η παροχή προτάσεων για βελτίωση της απόδοσης
  • Η παρακολούθηση και επίλυση παραπόνων σε συνεργασία με τα αντίστοιχα τμήματα της εταιρίας, με σκοπό την καλύτερη δυνατή εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών

Requirements

  • Απολυτήριο τριτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Γνώση Η/Υ
  • Ευελιξία εργασίας σε βάρδιες (κυλιόμενο ωράριο 5νθήμερο)
  • Προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
  • Αποτελεσματικές διαπροσωπικές σχέσεις
  • Επιθυμητή προϋπηρεσία στο χώρο των πωλήσεων
