Αρμοδιότητες
Η παροχή εξαίρετης εξυπηρέτησης πελατών σε κάθε ενοικίαση αυτοκινήτου με στόχο, τόσο την αύξηση των πωλήσεων όσο και την δημιουργία σχέσης εμπιστοσύνης
Η προώθηση επιπρόσθετων προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών πέραν της ενοικίασης, με στόχο την βελτιστοποίηση της εμπειρίας του πελάτη
Η παρακολούθηση και κατανόηση του ανταγωνισμού, με στόχο την παροχή της καλύτερης δυνατής προσφοράς ακολουθώντας την πολιτική της εταιρίας
Η ενεργή συμμετοχή στη λειτουργία του σταθμού και η παροχή προτάσεων για βελτίωση της απόδοσης
Η παρακολούθηση και επίλυση παραπόνων σε συνεργασία με τα αντίστοιχα τμήματα της εταιρίας, με σκοπό την καλύτερη δυνατή εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Επιθυμητό πτυχίο ΑΕΙ-ΤΕΙ
Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας
Γνώση Η/Υ
Ευελιξία εργασίας σε βάρδιες (κυλιόμενο ωράριο 5νθήμερο)
Προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
Αποτελεσματικές διαπροσωπικές σχέσεις
Επιθυμητή προϋπηρεσία στο χώρο των πωλήσεων
