We are looking for a driven Senior Associate/Executive Recruiter to join our team.

Position: Senior Associate / Executive Recruiter

Main Responsibilities

  • Participate in all stages of the recruitment cycle including search strategy formulation, identification of candidates, screen calls and interviews, presentation of Shortlist to the client.
  • Lead high-quality discussions with Partner and clients, leveraging industry knowledge to provide strategic insights and assist in the evaluation and selection of executives.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies and techniques to identify qualified candidates for each position; Continuously seek to improve search methodologies and execution processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Research and analyze market segments and competitive landscapes to understand client needs and formulate search strategies.
  • Prepare and present high quality Candidate Evaluation Reports and other presentations
  • Manage the candidate journey throughout the recruiting process, providing timely feedback, preparing them for interviews, and delivering extraordinary candidate experience
  • Participate in business development activities by developing leads and contributing to the preparation of presentations and proposals.
  • Work within a small and agile team with a client-centric approach, dedicated to excellence

Qualifications / Requirements

  • University Degree, preferably in a relevant field (Business, HR)
  • Prior work experience in executive search/recruitment or consulting is required (at least 3 years)
  • Excellent English and Greek, both written and oral
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent research, organization and analytical skills, attention to detail and business acumen
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
  • Integrity, discretion and a very professional approach
