Τα έργα αφορούν υπηρεσίες IT Operations που περιλαμβάνουν τη διαχείριση, παρακολούθηση, συντήρηση και υποστήριξη της υποδομής πληροφορικής του οργανισμού. Εστιάζουν στη σταθερή και ασφαλή λειτουργία συστημάτων, εφαρμογών, δικτύων και εξοπλισμού, με στόχο τη συνεχή διαθεσιμότητα και υψηλή απόδοση.

Requirements

Θέσεις – Ρόλοι

IT Operations Lead | Στρατηγικός υπεύθυνος για το σύνολο των IT Operations με έμφαση στην επιχειρησιακή συνέχεια και την ασφάλεια. Ηγείται των ομάδων, διασφαλίζει τη συμμόρφωση, τη σταθερότητα και την ασφάλεια των πληροφοριακών συστημάτων.

IT Operations Manager | Διαχειρίζεται τις καθημερινές λειτουργίες των IT συστημάτων, επιλύει τεχνικά ζητήματα, υποστηρίζει χρήστες, διαχειρίζεται ομάδες και έργα συντήρησης. Διαθέτει εμπειρία σε σε υποστήριξη χρηστών μέσω helpdesk και γνώση εργαλείων (Nagios, Splunk, Solar Windows).

IT Operations Consultant | Παρέχει εξειδικευμένη συμβουλευτική για βελτιστοποίηση λειτουργιών IT, αξιολογεί απόδοση, προτείνει λύσεις, διαθέτει γνώσεις σε cloud πλατφόρμες (VMware, AWS, Azure) και κατανοεί βέλτιστες πρακτικές ITIL, ISO 27001 κλπ.

Ενδεικτικές  Δραστηριότητες/ Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Παρακολούθηση συστημάτων σε πραγματικό χρόνο για πρόληψη προβλημάτων.
  • Υποστήριξη και τεχνική βοήθεια χρηστών (helpdesk).
  • Αναβαθμίσεις, επιδιορθώσεις και βελτιστοποιήσεις συστημάτων.
  • Διαχείριση ασφάλειας (πρόσβαση, προστασία δεδομένων, απειλές).
  • Παροχή υποστήριξης προς τους χρήστες μέσω helpdesk ή τεχνικής υποστήριξης
  • Εφαρμογή σχεδίων αποκατάστασης (disaster recovery).
  • Αυτοματοποίηση εργασιών (backups, ενημερώσεις, monitoring).
  • Συνεχής βελτίωση της απόδοσης των πληροφοριακών λειτουργιών.
