Graphic Designer

The Role:
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing creative concepts and executing campaigns, producing visual content across print, retail, and digital channels. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and high-quality brand execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver print-ready materials (brochures, catalogues, signage, packaging, POS)
  • Create visual concepts for integrated campaigns across print, retail, and digital
  • Adapt master concepts into campaign rollouts and localized marketing assets
  • Collaborate with marketing and design leads to co-create campaign concepts and storytelling directions
  • Translate strategic briefs into creative, brand-aligned design outputs
  • Ensure visual consistency across all campaign touchpoints (print, retail, digital)
  • Work closely with cross-functional design teams (graphic, digital, VM, product)
  • Contribute to improving templates and shared asset libraries
  • Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers when needed

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field will be appreciated
  • Proven work experience of minimum 2 years
  • Experience in agency or the retail industry is ideal
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Knowledge of Figma is a plus
  • Proven conceptual and campaign development skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, retail, and digital teams
