Η Qualco Real Estate ("QRE"), μέλος του Qualco Group, είναι μία εταιρεία Real Estate Asset Manager, με δραστηριότητες στην Ελλάδα και την Κύπρο, προσφέροντας λύσεις που ενισχύουν την αξία των ακινήτων.

Στα πλαίσια ανάπτυξης των δραστηριοτήτων μας, αναζητούμε Property Viewing Specialists, για να ενταχθούν στην ομάδα Πωλήσεων μας στη Θεσσαλονίκη. Ο ρόλος αφορά επισκέψεις σε ακίνητα τόσο για την υπόδειξη τους σε ενδιαφερόμενους, όσο και για την καταγραφή των χαρακτηριστικών τους, τη φωτογράφιση τους και την επιθεώρηση τους.

Καθήκοντα:

  • Υποδείξεις ακινήτων σε πιθανούς αγοραστές, σύμφωνα με προκαθορισμένο πρόγραμμα.
  • Παρουσίαση των ακινήτων και επισήμανση των πλεονεκτημάτων τους.
  • Συμπλήρωση των απαραίτητων εγγράφων με ακρίβεια και έγκαιρα, διασφαλίζοντας τη συμμόρφωση με τις πολιτικές της εταιρείας.
  • Παροχή αναλυτικής πληροφόρησης σε συνεργάτες σχετικά με το πιθανό ενδιαφέρον που προήλθε μετά από υπόδειξη ακινήτου.
  • Έγκαιρη και ακριβής καταγραφή όλων των ενεργειών και αποτελεσμάτων στο πλαισιο αμορδιοτηττας του ρόλου·
  • Ικανότητα σύνταξης εκτίμησης εμπορικής αξίας ακινήτου (broker's opinion of value), εφόσον ζητηθεί·
  • Διασφάλιση πως όλες οι δραστηριότητες και καθήκοντα εκτελούνται πλήρως σύμφωνα με τις κανονιστικές απαιτήσεις και υποστηρίζοντας την εφαρμογή της Πολιτικής κατά της Διαφθοράς και της Δωροδοκίας του Ομίλου.

Απαιτήσεις:

  • Έγκυρη άδεια οδήγησης (Κατηγορία Β).
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές ικανότητες.
  • Προσανατολισμός στον πελάτη.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης χρόνου και αυστηρής του προγράμματος.
  • Πτυχίο ή ισοδύναμο εκτιμάται αλλά δεν είναι απαραίτητο.
  • Γνώση διαδικασιών ακινήτων θα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα.
