Let's start with the role

Join our HQ Kaizen Team as a Responsible Gaming (RG) Business Analyst In this pivotal role, you'll support the global RG strategy by owning and evolving the documentation, data, product feedback, and process infrastructure that underpin it. Working closely with Senior RG leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll help ensure RG practices are scalable, effective, and compliant across all regions.

• Map, maintain, and standardize RG processes to ensure clarity, consistency, and scalability.
• Maintain governance documentation (e.g. ownership matrices, escalation flows) and keep RG playbooks updated and localization-ready.
• Identify cross-market operational gaps and propose scalable, strategic solutions.
• Act as the main contact point for external teams (e.g. Commercial, CRM, Ops, Marketing) on RG process alignment and escalations.
• Develop and maintain internal how-to guides, training materials, and toolkits.
• Own and manage the RG knowledge base, ensuring it is organized, accessible, and up to date.
• Support onboarding of new RG team members through clear documentation and knowledge transfer.

• Contribute to the "Proactive RG" Program's backlog grooming, process design, user story refinement, and testing.
• Liaise with Product and Tech to translate RG needs, prioritize improvements, and report bugs or issues.
• Support the design and validation of RG tooling enhancements based on input from global and regional teams.

• Collaborate with Data and Product teams to build and maintain RG data infrastructure.
• Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate RG effectiveness and business impact.
• Analyze operational and product data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports for RG senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  
  

What you will bring:

• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership.
• Background in Business Analysis, Product Operations, Compliance Strategy, or Process Management.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data to guide business decisions.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills; able to make complex processes simple and scalable.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Power BI and the G-Suite.
• Experience working with Product teams in agile environments (e.g., backlog grooming, user story writing, testing).
• Knowledge of governance or compliance frameworks (RG or other regulated sectors is a plus).
• Collaborative mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in project management, change enablement, or stakeholder coordination is an asset.
• Excellent command of the English language.
