Your main responsibility
- Control the Food and Beverage cost and outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage, and efficiency; review cost on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and take corrective action where required.
- Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicate with relevant parties; produce on demand food & beverage control related reports/recommendations.
- Actively seek ways to improve the hotel spending and cost controls; work on food & beverage costing to optimize F&B menus and costs.
- Reconcile PoS sales with outlets orders to secure maximum accuracy; upload the recipes to ERP and do the mapping with the PoS system.
- Support the chefs to ensure all menu recipes and buffets are accurately costed; lead the month-end stock-taking for all outlets in the hotel.
- Monitor and control processes across outlets to secure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in line with hotel cost control objectives.
Your main qualifications/skills
- Good analytics and reporting skills; high-level attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
- Good knowledge of MS Office – Excel; experience with Accounting System or cost & inventory systems.
- 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant studies desirable.
- Fluent in English.
