Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Analytics Engineer to join our cross-functional team and help build the next generation of behavioral health data infrastructure. You will be responsible for shaping the data foundation that powers our behavioral profiling engine, machine learning models, LLM-based agents, and BI dashboards.

This role requires a hybrid mindset—someone comfortable working across data engineering, analytics, GenAI/LLMs, and ML-aware transformations. You will play a critical role in ensuring data quality, infrastructure scalability, and alignment with clinical and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure services (Data Factory, SQL, Blob Storage, Functions) for patient data, wearable signals, and behavioral assessments.
• Design structured data marts, views, and transformed datasets for:
  • Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting
  • LLM-based input formatting and data pipelines
  • Machine learning pipelines (batch or real-time)
• Implement data quality checks, version control, and monitoring for reliability and auditability.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, data scientists, clinicians, and product stakeholders to deliver meaningful data solutions.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis and exploratory work using SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.

Requirements

Educational Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Certifications in data engineering, data analytics, or machine learning are a strong plus.

Experience Level

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or analytics-focused roles.
• Proven experience working with large, complex datasets and building production-grade data pipelines.
• Familiarity with domain-specific challenges such as healthcare, behavior tracking, or regulated industries is helpful.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in SQL and Python for data transformation, wrangling, and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, especially Power BI
• Comfortable working with machine learning workflows, including feature engineering and data preparation for models.
• Good understanding of big data technologies, batch vs. streaming, and modern data architectures.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Clear and effective communication, able to bridge business and technical perspectives.
• Proactive, collaborative, and experienced in cross-functional team environments.
