Masada Mediterranean Ltd,
is currently looking to recruit an
After-Sales Support Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize/File customer after-sales, spare parts & service engineering inquiries
  • Handle spare parts inquiries and quotations with Principals and Customers.
  • Handle spare parts orders, including order acknowledgment, processing, and deliveries.
  • Handle service engineering tickets with Principals and Customers.
  • Follow up with customers and vendors.
  • Ensure the various databases are consistently updated, organized, and accessible.
  • Provide general support to enhance team efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Shipping or related field.
  • Previous experience (2-3 years) in spare parts management, procurement, logistics and/or after-sales support, preferably in the shipping or marine industry.
  • IT literate, especially with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
