Nous recrutons des
Représentants du Service Client francophones
pour rejoindre une entreprise internationale leader à Athènes. La formation initiale se fait en ligne, et vous aurez ensuite la possibilité de travailler depuis chez vous, partout en Grèce.

Vos missions

  • Répondre aux clients par téléphone, e-mail et chat en français
  • Traiter les demandes concernant les produits, services et commandes
  • Identifier et résoudre les problèmes techniques ou liés au service
  • Garantir une expérience client positive et professionnelle
  • Collaborer avec une équipe multiculturelle et dynamique

Profil recherché

  • Français niveau C1 ou supérieur (obligatoire)
  • Anglais niveau B2 (pour la formation et la communication interne)
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et résolution de problèmes
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils digitaux et des systèmes multiples
  • Résidence en Grèce (télétravail possible après formation)
