Role Description

We are seeking an O&M Manager who will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all operations and maintenance activities of the company's Renewable Energy projects (solar PV, wind, and storage systems), with the aim of ensuring maximum availability, safety, and efficiency. He/She will lead the technical field teams and collaborate closely with departments such as Development and Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the operation & maintenance of all company RES projects, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
  • Prepare and implement O&M programs (annual and multi-year), with KPIs for performance and availability.
  • Supervise technical teams (in-house and subcontractors) and ensure compliance with schedules and quality standards.
  • Manage supplier and contractor contracts for spare parts, equipment, and specialized services.
  • Analyze data from SCADA and other monitoring systems for early fault detection and performance optimization.
  • Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures.
  • Manage spare parts and materials warehouse in coordination with the logistics department.
  • Prepare performance reports for management and investors, including variance analysis and improvement proposals.
  • Participate in the commissioning of new projects and their handover to the O&M team.
  • Provide support in due diligence processes and technical assessments for new or acquisition projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in O&M of RES projects (solar PV and/or wind).
  • Experience with RES installations and substations.
  • Knowledge of SCADA systems, CMMS, and data analysis software.
  • Excellent understanding of electrical and mechanical equipment in power generation.
  • Strong ability to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Driving license and availability to travel to project sites.
