The Lab operates in three different streams:  

Value Engineering: A product centric function responsible for uncovering and designing value-driven agentic AI opportunities that are feasible, viable, and deliverable. 
Development: A best-in-class agentic  development practice, focused on developing and embedding  robust multi-agent workflows within our clients' infrastructure.  
Research: Focused on continuously screening the state-of-the-art in across all aspects of agentic tech (e.g. multi-agent frameworks, LLMs, tooling, verification methods), adopting the puzzle pieces, and innovating to develop proprietary tech as needed.   

As an AI Product Manager, you will manage the discovery, design, and delivery of transformative AI products that align with business goals, enhance user experiences, and support our mission to humanize AI applications. The ideal candidate will excel in navigating complex and uncertain environments, leveraging framework-driven approaches to mitigate risks, and adopting an experimental mindset to drive continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Product Leadership: Defining and executing product strategies aligned with VML MAP's AI transformation vision. Drive adoption and deliver measurable business value through AI-driven initiatives.
• Product Roadmap Development: Developing and maintaining product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and evolving customer needs.
• Product lifecycle ownership: Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from opportunity discovery to delivery, ensuring continuous iteration based on data-driven insights and feedback.
• Data-Driven Innovation: Translating complex business problems into data-powered solutions with a strong understanding of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI applications.
• Framework Application: Applying methodologies such as the Triple Diamond, Opportunity Canvas, AI Canvas, Feature Canvas, Process Mapping, and Organizational Change Management to drive adoption and deliver transformative outcomes.
• Ethical AI Governance: Ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, AI Act).
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partnering with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to gather insights, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional products through effective communication and collaboration.
• Risk & Dependency Management: Identifying risks, ethical considerations, and technical dependencies while developing proactive mitigation strategies.

You excel at translating technical capabilities into business value and are skilled at leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. With a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities, you thrive on tackling challenges and driving meaningful change.

Additionally, you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, AI, or data-driven innovation within digital marketing or related fields.
• A strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), generative AI concepts, and their practical applications.
• Proficiency in frameworks such as Triple Diamond Methodology, Opportunity Canvas, AI Canvas, and process mapping.
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives, including upskilling programs and cultural transformation related to AI adoption.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
• A track record of defining product visions, developing strategies, and executing roadmaps in complex environments.
• Fluency in English and comfort with ambiguity.
