We are looking for a
Full-Stack Developer
with a strong backend focus to help design, develop, and maintain the core software platform that powers Irida's AI products and systems. You will work closely with AI engineers, frontend developers, and system architects.

What You'll Do

  • I
    Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines for video, sensor, and AI inference data
  • Integrate AI models and edge systems with cloud-based platforms
  • Work with databases to store and manage large datasets
  • Collaborate on frontend features when needed (dashboards, monitoring tools)
  • Improve system reliability, performance, and security
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience in backend development (Python, )
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservice architectures
  • Solid understanding of databases (MySQL, MariaDB)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment workflows
  • Experience with Git-based version control


Nice to Have

  • Experience with real-time systems, video processing, or computer vision pipelines
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, or similar)
  • Exposure to AI/ML workflows or data-intensive systems
