THE ROLE

The Marketing & Growth Manager leads how AVORÉ SMILE shows up in the market and how the brand grows as a result. This role leads the marketing function and sits at the intersection of brand, creative, and performance. You are responsible for shaping marketing direction, leading campaign creation, organising and executing shoots, and ensuring everything we put into the world is impactful, intentional, and commercially effective. As a start-up, this role has real influence. You will help define how marketing is done at AVORÉ SMILE, not inherit legacy systems or outdated thinking. You are expected to lead, decide, and execute.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Lead the marketing team in creating high-impact marketing campaigns
• Plan, organise, and execute marketing shoots, launches, and campaign rollouts
• Shape and protect AVORÉ SMILE's brand image as it enters and grows in the market
• Use marketing performance data and market insight to guide future campaigns and brand direction
• Translate insight into clear creative direction and measurable action
• Set marketing priorities, timelines, and execution standards
• Work closely with leadership to align marketing with commercial and growth objectives

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience leading marketing for consumer brands (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle strongly preferred)
• Comfortable working inside a start-up environment with real responsibility and influence
• Strong commercial thinking and creative judgement
• Confident using data to shape direction, not just report on results
• High personal standards and pride in execution
• Fluency English and Greek is required
• Must reside in Greece with full legal right to live and work here
• Marketing related degree is an advantage but not essential

HOW WE WORK

• 100% remote within Greece
• Mandatory in-person training in Athens or Thessaloniki
• Optional or role-dependent brand and promotional events across Greece
• Paid travel and accommodation for essential event attendance

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• €28.000 gross per year, based on experience
• Full-time, permanent Greek employment contract (IKA)
• 3-month probation period
