QA Engineer

As a QA Engineer, you will be key in shaping the organization's QA strategy and ensuring high-quality digital delivery in close collaboration with Business Analysis, Development, and business teams. You will have the opportunity to build QA processes from the ground up, drive automation, UAT, and regression testing, and join a forward-thinking team leading the digital transformation of the insurance sector.

Your day-to-day:

  • Requirements Validation:

Convert business requirements into effective test scenarios.
- UAT & Regression:

Optimize UAT processes and maintain regression suites with CI/CD quality gates.
- End-to-End Testing:

Execute manual and automated tests for functional and non-functional quality.
- Automation Expansion:

Increase automation coverage using Selenium, SoapUI, Postman, etc.
- Defect & Process Improvement:

Analyze defects and drive quality improvements.
- Tooling & Support:

Support test management and automation tool selection and setup.
- Team Mentoring:

Share best practices and guide junior testers.

What we are looking for:

  • Academic Background:

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Experience:

Proven experience leading QA teams and driving organization-wide testing initiatives.
- Automation & CI/CD:

Strong knowledge of automation frameworks, performance testing, and CI/CD in Agile/DevOps environments.
- UAT Collaboration:

Experience working with business stakeholders on UAT planning and execution.
- Analytical Skills:

Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to enhance QA processes.
- Communication:

Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
