Duties & responsibilities

Quality Assurance (QA / Testing)

  • Design and execute test cases (Manual and Automated).
  • Identify, report and track bugs and inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering and Product team to ensure stable releases.
  • Develop and continuously improve testing processes, docs and QA standards.
  • Support the team in Quality control of new features and APIs.

Customer support

  • Manage the Support system (Zendesk, HubSpot, Intercom or similar).
  • Prompt and effective communication with Customers regarding technical issues and feature requests.
  • Create and maintain a knowledge base / documentation for end users.
  • Collect feedback and communicate improvement suggestions to the Product team.
  • Coordinate Support OPS and mentor new team members (when added later on).

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (STEM, Data, Information Systems).
  • (Desirable) MSc degree or certifications in Testing, QA &/or Customer Experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in QA Testing roles for web applications or SaaS.
  • Experience with testing tools (Postman, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent).
  • Experience in managing or organizing Customer Support operations.
  • Excellent English proficiency (written & verbal).
  • Understanding of web technologies and APIs.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability in delivering high-quality work.
