We're looking for a
Product Designer with a strong UX research mindset
. Your insights will directly shape our
ERP platform
and while UI design is part of the job, for this specific opening
research and problem definition come first
.

Main Duties:

• Advocate for the User
  : Uncover real user needs, using research and data to guide decisions while balancing business and technical constraints
• Service Design Thinking
  : Map experiences across systems, users, and touchpoints to spot gaps and opportunities beyond the UI. Collaborate with internal teams and external actors to improve how the service works end to end
• User Research
  : Plan and run interviews, surveys and usability tests to uncover insights that lead to better product decisions
• Design Strategy
  : Apply frameworks like Jobs-to-be-Done and adapt design thinking methods to fit our environment
• Design Execution
  : Use Figma to create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that communicate design directions clearly
• Documentation & Communication
  : Clearly articulate your process and rationale to keep everyone aligned
• Interaction Design
  : Design efficient, intuitive UIs for complex desktop ERP workflows
• Iterate & Validate
  : Improve designs based on research, usability feedback, and product performance data.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in Product or UX Design, with a strong focus on research
• Proficient in Figma and similar tools
• Good written and verbal communication in English
• Comfortable working independently and with cross-functional teams
• Bonus points for an unexpected interest in the Shipping Industry.

Nice-to-Haves (Not Deal Breakers):

• Experience in maritime, logistics, or B2B enterprise software
• Experience in Service Design
• Familiarity with tools like Dovetail for managing research insights
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
• Interest in behavioral psychology and user decision-making.
