Procurement Officer
 to join our team in Piraeus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, monitor, and manage purchase orders through the company's ERP system.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to confirm product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Resolve any discrepancies related to quantities, pricing, or product quality.
  • Collaborate closely with the warehouse and operations departments to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.

Required Qualifications:

  • command of the English language (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar procurement role, ideally in the maritime or industrial sector.
  • Familiarity with marine supplies will be considered an asset.
