Account Executive – Corporate

We are looking for a highly skilled Corporate & Marine Account Executive to manage and support our clients with professionalism and discretion. This hybrid role combines corporate & marine clients, requiring exceptional attention to detail, flexibility, and a service-oriented mindset. Our clients expect a seamless and personalized travel experience—whether it's a high-level executive itinerary or a last-minute crew change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support corporate travel accounts
• Handle complex itineraries with precision and efficiency
• Provide outstanding customer service, maintaining strong client relationships
• Work with at least one GDS system (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to offer tailored travel solutions
• Coordinate crew changes, arrange seafarers' travel, manage last-minute and emergency requests, and liaise with shipping companies

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in corporate travel services
• Strong knowledge of at least one GDS system
• Excellent communication skills & professional etiquette
• Ability to work under pressure and handle high-demand clients
