Italian Customer Support Advisor (Athens)

Location: On-site in Athens, Greece or Remote from anywhere in Greece

Start date: ASAP

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Languages: Italian (C2/native) + English (B1/B2) for internal communication

Relocation: Yes (support provided for moves to Athens)

About the role

Join a multinational customer experience team supporting Italian-speaking customers. You'll handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear, friendly, and efficient resolutions while representing well-known brands.

What you'll do

  • Respond to customer queries in Italian across phone/email/chat

  • Troubleshoot issues, track tickets, and follow up to closure

  • Escalate complex cases and collaborate with team leads/QAs

  • Meet KPIs (quality, CSAT, productivity, adherence)

What you need

  • Fluent Italian (C2/native)

  • English B1/B2 (for training/tools/internal comms)

  • Customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills

  • Comfortable with shift work (including weekends/rotations)

  • Eligibility to work in Greece (or willing to relocate with provided support)
