We are looking for a Controller to join our team at Astrea Group You will be
responsible for ensuring accuracy and transparency in our accounting records.
You will collaborate closely with the sales, operations, engineering, and
management teams to maintain order and streamline accounting processes. By
contributing to the development of efficient workflows and operational
excellence within the accounting department, you will play a key role in
enhancing our financial decision-making capabilities and driving our
company's success. Attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a problem solving mindset are essential traits for the ideal candidate.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in producing monthly and periodical reports
• Collaborate with external accountants to support the preparation of statutory
consolidated financial statements
• Prepare analysis for internal purposes
• Contribute to identify operational variances - analyses actual results
• Participate in the preparation of budget and forecast
• Create ad hoc reports
• Assist with other accounting projects and ad hoc tasks, such as cash flow
reporting, treasury operations, etc.
• Contribute to everyday activities of the department
• Assist indirect purchasing administration
• Support fleet management coordination
• Contribute to department' s & organization's special projects
Required Qualifications:
• 3-5 years' experience in Controlling, Finance or Accounting
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Sound knowledge of SAP main modules (FI/CO)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
• Advanced knowledge of English (Written & Spoken)
• Strong analytical skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously
• Integrity and flexibility; stimulated by new challenges
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High motivation and outgoing personality with a "can do" attitude
