Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible Support Technician who will be responsible for field tasks as well as telephone/electronic support. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to the operation and optimization of our projects, providing reliable technical assistance and contributing to the immediate service of our partners and customers.


Duties & Responsibilities

Provide technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system.

Conduct field visits for technical inspections, maintenance, and repairs.

Record and monitor fault incidents and maintenance needs.

Collaborate with the support team to resolve technical issues.

Communicate with customers and partners with professionalism and solution-oriented approach.

Actively participate in process improvement and collect feedback on products and services.


Candidate Profile

Completed military service.

Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or Automation (or relevant work experience).

Previous experience in a technical and/or field support/call center role.

Driver's license.

Flexible working hours (rotating: one week mornings, one week afternoons).

Enthusiasm, willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic environment.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
