About The Role...
We are looking for a talented
Senior Performance Marketing Manager
to support the Performance team in the planning and implementation of campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). Their goal is to improve efficiency (ROI/ROAS) in line with the client's strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Support the team in campaign setup across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and more.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS), providing insights and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Conduct monthly and ad-hoc reporting, including performance reviews and sign-offs.
• Optimize campaigns based on data insights and client feedback.
• Ensure profitable campaign outcomes for both clients and the agency.
• Track and manage time allocation for tasks using Wrike.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and propose new tools, strategies, and process improvements.
• Monitor client competition and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts through performance marketing initiatives.
• Act as the main point of contact for client performance-related discussions.
• Collaborate with Account and Creative teams to deliver integrated campaign solutions.
• Oversee, mentor, and develop team members, including interns, executives, and managers.

*Your Contribution Will Also Include:*

• Participating in client planning and strategic discussions.
• Optimizing internal creative workflows.
• Contributing to project specs and participating in client presentations.
• Ensuring accuracy in service pricing and coordinating internal teams accordingly.
• Monitoring profitability and revenue generation across performance accounts.

Requirements
*What We're Looking For*

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record in campaign strategy and optimization.
• Deep knowledge of paid digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta & TikTok)
• Strong knowledge of Tag Manager, Looker Studio (reporting), and Google Analytics (GA4)
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Experience managing and mentoring teams.
• Client-facing experience and excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Wrike is a plus.
• Proactive, strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
