Responsibilities
  • Support and implement the group's digital marketing strategy across multiple channels (paid media, SEO, email, social, content) ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Coordinate and execute campaigns and promotions aligned with seasonal offers, openings, and events
  • Maintain and update key business information and content across third-party platforms, business listings, directories, and video channels to ensure accuracy and brand presence
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key digital KPIs (traffic, conversions, ROI, engagement)
  • Assist in the planning, deployment, and performance tracking of email marketing campaigns across B2B, B2C, and partner audiences
  • Assist in SEO efforts through localized content creation, review monitoring, and optimization initiatives in coordination with external agencies
  • Liaise with internal departments (eCommerce, PR, Sales) and external partners
  • Support in content creation for various digital platforms
  • Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all digital materials and campaigns
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar digital marketing role, ideally in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors will be highly appreciated
  • Strong understanding of digital channels: Meta, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek & English.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
