Technical consultant
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise on the deployment and use of the NCR Atleos Software
  • Troubleshooting and optimization activities on production systems
  • Workshops meetings to gather and document specs and customer requirements, customization of the System Software to fit with the gathered requirements
  • Working in conjunction with engineering teams to implement and support self-service software solutions based on the NCR APTRA family of solutions.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with key persons on the client engagement, to ensure the client's needs are met in a professional manner

Basic Skills And Qualifications
We are looking for a solid consultant eager to learn new things, attracted by technical challenges and willing to invest in new and challenging environment. Training will be provided.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to review logs and traces
  • Well versed in SW / HW deployment / networking, LAN/WAN / security / LDAP etc.
  • Good analysis and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work with teams and on own initiative
  • Very Good communication and documentation skills
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Exposure and previous experience on ATM / POS Application terminals an advantage
