About the role

As a Mid-Level Cybersecurity Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team whose goal is to ensure our customers are protected from cybersecurity incidents. You must be comfortable handling critical and sensitive systems and providing high quality services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, install, configure & integrate cybersecurity solutions
  • Participate in the deployment of cybersecurity projects, applications integration, and solution migration to upgrade existing infrastructure
  • Tune performance and ensure high availability of provided solutions
  • Monitor customers' IT security infrastructures and ensure high performance
  • Engage in PoCs
  • Create and maintain documentation

Qualifications and Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or relevant field
  • Master's degree or relevant certification in Information security is a plus
  • 3+ years of working experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in English and Greek
  • Experience with IAM/PAM tools (Entra ID, CyberArk, Conditional Access Policies, MFA, SSO)
  • Solid knowledge of EDR/XDR platforms (Microsoft Defender, ESET, Cisco AMP, CrowdStrike)
  • Familiar with administering email security protocols and solutions, including Microsoft Exchange, Cisco Secure Email Gateway, and FortiMail
