As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated professional, a Cyber Security Sales Manager, to join and strengthen our team.

As part of our growth strategy in the cybersecurity domain, we are seeking a results-driven and experienced Cybersecurity Senior Sales Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our client portfolio by promoting customized cybersecurity solutions tailored to modern organizational challenges. This includes understanding client challenges, and building strong, trust-based relationships that lead to long-term partnerships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define and execute sales strategy for cybersecurity solutions
  • Proactively generate new business leads and close high-value deals
  • Build a sustainable sales pipeline through market research, networking, and prospecting in a compelling and business-oriented manner
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in cybersecurity or IT solution sales
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and market landscape
  • Proven ability to build and maintain high-level client relationships
  • Excellent command of English, written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding cyber security compliance frameworks/ cyber security services
  • Familiarity with public tendering processes
  • Consultative sales approach, with focus on long-term partnerships over transactional selling

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored technical proposals
  • Proven experience
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to identify market opportunities and position offerings effectively
