Σκοπός Θέσης

Ο/Η Junior Credit Controller υποστηρίζει τη διαχείριση πιστωτικού κινδύνου της εταιρείας, διασφαλίζοντας την έγκαιρη είσπραξη απαιτήσεων, την τήρηση των πιστωτικών ορίων πελατών και την ορθή απεικόνιση των υπολοίπων. Η θέση είναι εισαγωγικού επιπέδου και προσφέρει ουσιαστική εκπαίδευση στον τομέα του credit control.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Παρακολούθηση και συμφωνία υπολοίπων πελατών (accounts receivable).
  • Καταχώρηση και έλεγχος εισπράξεων (τραπεζικές καταθέσεις, επιταγές, συμψηφισμοί).
  • Υποστήριξη στη διαδικασία υπενθυμίσεων πληρωμών και επικοινωνία με πελάτες για ληξιπρόθεσμες οφειλές.
  • Έλεγχος τήρησης πιστωτικών ορίων και ημερών πίστωσης.
  • Υποστήριξη στη διαδικασία αποδέσμευσης ή μπλοκαρίσματος παραγγελιών βάσει πιστωτικού ελέγχου.
  • Συνεργασία με το Τμήμα Πωλήσεων για τη διαχείριση πελατειακών θεμάτων που σχετίζονται με πιστώσεις.
  • Συμμετοχή στη σύνταξη αναφορών (aging analysis, open balances κ.λπ.).
  • Υποστήριξη σε εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς ελέγχους.
  • Τήρηση διαδικασιών και πολιτικών credit control της εταιρείας.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Οικονομικών, Λογιστικής, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφούς αντικειμένου.
  • Επιθυμητή (αλλά όχι απαραίτητη) προϋπηρεσία 2–3 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση.
  • Βασική γνώση λογιστικών αρχών και εμπορικών συναλλαγών.
  • Καλή γνώση MS Excel.
  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και τήρηση προθεσμιών.
  • Καλή επικοινωνία και επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά.
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

  • Εμπειρία σε ERP σύστημα (Entersoft).
  • Κατανόηση διαδικασιών πωλήσεων και τιμολόγησης.
  • Διάθεση για μάθηση και εξέλιξη στον τομέα του credit control.
