We're looking for an
Influencer Marketing Manager
to join our team and take ownership of managing large-scale campaigns in Greece.

Your role:

  • Identify and recruit the right influencers across Instagram and TikTok
  • Negotiate collaborations, handle bookings, and manage contracts
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution
  • Track performance and deliver clear campaign reports
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Greek

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, campaign management
  • Strong
    fashion industry knowledge
    : you follow trends, understand styling, and know how fashion content performs online
  • Perfect knowledge of Instagram & TikTok
    — from publishing tools and ad setup to analytics and campaign tracking
  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end with minimal supervision
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills - confident on calls and in written communication
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for reporting and campaign tracking
  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines under pressure without losing accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail when reviewing contracts, influencer data, and performance metrics
  • Professional presence on the phone and in emails, able to represent the company clearly and reliably
  • Fluency in English and Greek (both written and spoken)

Bonus points if you have:

  • Direct experience in influencer marketing, PR, or media buying
  • Familiarity with performance metrics such as CPM, engagement rate, and EMV
