The role
We're looking for a
Head of Corporate Sales
to lead Evenly's enterprise growth across Europe.
This is a senior, hands-on role.
You'll own the full commercial cycle end to end, work directly with the founders, and help shape how Evenly scales across corporate, public sector, and strategic partnerships.

What you'll actually do
• Lead enterprise sales (private sector and public sector)
• Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed deal
• Build and execute a clear, smart expansion strategy
• Open and grow strategic partnerships that unlock new markets
• Work closely with leadership on pricing, positioning, and go-to-market
• Be a key voice in how Evenly shows up to large organizations in Greece and across Europe.
Must-haves
• 10+ years in enterprise B2B sales (SaaS, digital transformation, platforms)
• Proven experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
• Confidence with C-level executives and public-sector decision makers
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Highly self-driven, resilient, and commercially sharp
• Fluent English (spoken and written) and really comfortable with tech
Nice to have
• Experience or network in banking, healthcare, energy, telcos, transport, or government
• Really comfortable with AI
• Genuine interest in accessibility, inclusion, and real-world impact
