MARKETING DIRECTOR

Θεωρείται θέση στρατηγικής σημασίας για την Εταιρεία και αναφέρεται οργανωτικά στη Διοίκηση της Εταιρείας.

1. Κύρια καθήκοντα:

  • Η Διοργάνωση εταιρικών εκδηλώσεων.
  • Σχεδιασμός και υλοποίηση ενεργειών εταιρικής κοινωνικής ευθύνης στο πλαίσιο της στρατηγικής Βιώσιμης Ανάπτυξης.
  • Σχεδιασμός και ανάπτυξη συνεργειών B2B & M.M.E. (Δελτία Τύπου, Advertorials, Εταιρικές Παρουσιάσεις, Συνεργασίες, Βραβεία).
  • Παρακολούθηση και σχεδιασμός υλικών προβολής και προώθησης σε εκθέσεις, εταιρικές εκδηλώσεις.
  • Σχεδιασμός δημιουργία και υλοποίηση όλων των Digital Campaigns σε Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn & Google Ads συμπεριλαμβανομένων SEO/SEM, Newsletter, Email marketing, και Display σε συνεργασία με Graphic Designers και Διαφημιστικές εταιρείες.
  • Συντονισμός και καθοδήγηση μιας λειτουργικής ομάδας (internal/external) με δυναμικούς ρόλους στους άξονες Content Marketing, Sο.Μe., Creative, Digital Marketing/Performance, Web Development και Corporate Communications/PR.
  • Εισηγείται την στρατηγική Marketing της Εταιρείας.
  • Συμμετοχή στον σχεδιασμό και υλοποίηση 360° πλάνων Marketing και Επικοινωνίας σε τοπικό και πανελλαδικό επίπεδο για την αποτελεσματική προώθηση των δραστηριοτήτων της Εταιρείας.

2. Βασικές αρμοδιότητες της θέσης:

  • Κατάρτιση και έλεγχος του marketing budget και reporting προς τη Διοίκηση.
  • Επιμέλεια εταιρικών παρουσιάσεων (executive level) και tailor-made reports.
  • Παράγει όλα τα απαραίτητα reports για την συνολική παρακολούθηση των ποιοτικών και ποσοτικών στόχων του τμήματος.
  • Διοικεί και αναπτύσσει τους ανθρώπους του τμήματός σύμφωνα με την κουλτούρα και τις αξίες της Εταιρίας.
  • Εποπτεύει (σε συνεργασία με τις αντίστοιχες Διευθύνσεις) όλες τις απαιτούμενες διαδικασίες που χρειάζονται για την επίτευξη των Εταιρικών στόχων.

3. Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ με κατεύθυνση Marketing/ Οικονομικά/ Επικοινωνία.
  • Μεταπτυχιακός Τίτλος Σπουδών στα παραπάνω αντικείμενα, θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
  • Προηγούμενη σχετική εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 5 ετών, με ανάληψη διοικητικού ρόλου, σε δομημένο οργανωτικά επαγγελματικό περιβάλλον.
  • Άριστη επικοινωνία στην Ελληνική και Αγγλική γλώσσα, γραπτά και προφορικά.
  • Στρατηγική & δημιουργική σκέψη και νέες ιδέες.
  • Άριστες ικανότητες οργάνωσης, προγραμματισμού και ανάλυσης δεδομένων.
  • Άριστες ικανότητες επικοινωνίας και έμπνευσης ατόμων & ομάδων ευθύνης.
  • Ικανότητα ανταπόκρισης σε πολλαπλές προθεσμίες και άμεσης προσαρμοστικότητας σε νέα δεδομένα.
  • Αποδεδειγμένη Εμπειρία στησίματος, διαχείρισης και βελτιστοποίησης διαφημιστικών καμπανιών σε Google Ads & Facebook Ads με άριστη γνώση στην Μέτρηση και αξιολόγηση των στόχων (ROI & KPIs).
  • Ομαδικότητα και ικανότητα στην οργάνωση και Διοίκηση του Marketing Team.

4. Επιθυμητές δεξιότητες/ Επιτεύγματα

  • Συμμετοχή στον σχεδιασμό ολοκληρωμένων campaign με παρουσία σε offline/online περιβάλλον.
  • Εμπειρία σε media planning/buying.
  • Εξοικείωση σε PPC campaigns (Google/META) και καλή γνώση Google Analytics.
