Project Development Manager in the Energy/Energy Efficiency Infrastructures

The position refers to the INFRASTRUCTURE Development Unit, with the following scope of work:

Project Development in the high end of the full development cycle from the design and drafting, up to the project management & Supervision of INFRASTRUCTURE projects (works), mainly in Smart Energy Efficiency in Public use Buildings/RES/
LED (smart) Lighting
, as well as Water(smart hydrometers) & other critical Infrastructures, depending on individual's expertise.

Following individual's expertise, the candidate will be involved, either in:

  • The Design and support of projects in critical Infrastructures, and/or Energy & Energy efficiency Advisory Projects by means of Technical Assistance & PMO,

or,

  • The Development, build-up and construction execution & supervision of projects in the area of Energy/RES, LED Lighting, Water and other critical Infrastructures, depending on previous experience of the candidate.

The applicant should have the ability to:

  • Identify, assess, design and support Infrastructure/Services Development projects by means of Technical Assistance & Consultation, with focus on LED Lighting / Energy / Water
  • Design, Management & supervision of relative construction projects (mid scale Infrastructures)

The candidate should hold a Graduate degree in Engineering/Science and be fluent in the English language.

He/she must be acquaint with the Public Sector, with proven track record of relevant activities.
