We're an international, multidisciplinary law firm with offices in Greece and Germany. Our team supports clients in all major areas of Greek and German law.

To support the growth and work of the law firm, we're looking for a proactive and reliable Greek Executive & Communication Assistant (f/m/d) to work remotely on a part-time freelance basis.

As our Executive & Communication Assistant, you'll be a key point of contact between the firm and our Greek and English speaking clients, partners, and authorities. Your work will help ensure smooth operations and outstanding communication across borders.

You're a great fit for this role if you're fluent in both Greek and English (C2 level), with clear and confident communication skills. If you also speak German, that's a great bonus

We're looking for someone who's not only professional and detail-oriented, but also kind, patient, and able to handle communication with empathy, tact, and discretion.

You'll:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to email inquiries from clients and prospects
  • Keep clients updated on their cases and legal proceedings
  • Coordinate meetings and calls between lawyers, clients, and prospects
  • Support onboarding processes and maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
  • Communicate with authorities and legal bodies to obtain important documents
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and support our executive team
  • Assist with administrative tasks like invoicing and expense tracking

What You Bring:

  • Native-level fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken); German is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Experience in administrative or executive support, preferably in a legal or international setting
  • Confidence with tools like Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and document management software
  • A proactive mindset: you're organised, solutions-oriented, and able to work independently

The position is fully remote and structured as a part-time freelance collaboration with a fixed monthly remuneration, so you should be able to issue invoices for your work.
