Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, offering friendly and efficient support through phone, email, chat, and social media. Your responsibilities will range from assisting with account-related queries to resolving payment issues and basic technical troubleshooting, always with a focus on delivering a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service across various channels (phone, email, chat, social media)

  • Support users with account setup, login issues, payment concerns, and general troubleshooting

  • Act as a dependable and understanding liaison, particularly for customers in the sports industry

  • Address inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-driven mindset

  • Foster strong customer relationships through effective, compassionate communication

  • Follow internal guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality service

  • Offer feedback and suggestions to enhance customer support processes and user satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Danish (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
