Senior QA Automation Engineer | Music & Entertainment Tech

Full-time | Athens, Greece | Hybrid - 2x Days in Office Per Week (Piraeus)

My client are building a platform that transforms how artists connect with their most passionate fans — making fan engagement visible, measurable, and rewarding. Their mission is to bridge the gap between creators and their audiences by enabling fans to prove and celebrate their loyalty while helping artists recognise and reward their biggest supporters.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate within an agile, cross-functional team of developers, designers, and product owners to deliver high-quality software.
  • Take part in Scrum ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, etc.) and contribute to shaping user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Perform functional, regression, performance, and security tests to ensure product reliability.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for mobile and web applications using modern test frameworks.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating closely with your team to resolve them.
  • Monitor automated test results and system performance, providing insights to optimize workflows and ensure product stability.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in QA automation, with strong knowledge of
    TypeScript
    and
    BDD / Cucumber
    .
  • Hands-on expertise with
    Appium
    and preferably
    WebdriverIO
    or
    Playwright
    for mobile and web testing.
  • Experience working in
    cross-functional Scrum teams
    and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with
    domain-driven design
    is a plus but not required.
  • Fluent in
    Greek and English
    (both written and spoken).
