About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing AI team. The ideal candidate has a solid background in developing and deploying machine learning models, a deep understanding of modern ML pipelines, and a passion for solving complex problems using data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, train, and deploy robust machine learning models for a variety of use cases (e.g., prediction, classification, recommendation, NLP).
  • Conduct thorough EDA on complex datasets to identify patterns, anomalies and actionable insights.
  • Handle data extraction, transformation and quality assurance for large-scale datasets.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to bring models from research to production.
  • Optimize model performance, scalability, and inference efficiency.
  • Contribute to improving our ML infrastructure, workflows, and tooling.
  • Stay up to date with latest research and industry trends in AI and ML.
  • Present technical findings and methodologies to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional expertise in machine learning, applied AI, or data science.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Deep understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, feature engineering and model evaluation.
  • Strong EDA skills: data exploration, visualization and statistical analysis.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts to solutions and communicate them to other team members.

Nice to Have (Plus)

  • Experience with transformer-based models or large language models (LLMs).
  • Hands-on experience in spatio-temporal data.
  • Experience with scalable training and inference pipelines.
  • Contributions to open-source ML projects.
  • Hands-on experience on GPU-optimized procedures.
