Description

We have an opening for a contract career coach based in Greece to support our Relocation and Outplacement solutions. We support employees relocating due to work, and we support their spouse/partners with integrating as well as job search in the new areas.

The Coach works in a 1:1 capacity with program participants by using IMPACT Group's technology and coaching methodology. This is a part-time, contract, and working from home/remote position, approximately 5 hours per month.

• Establishes rapport with participants and motivates them to achieve goals.
• Guides participants through coaching process and milestone completion.
• Advises and coaches on career development or career continuation, transition issues and career options.
• Coaches on CV/résumé writing, effective marketing techniques, interviewing and negotiating.
• Maintains electronic service delivery record for each participant serviced, using our internal CRM system.
• Monitors progress of participants, consults with them on specific subjects to improve their job search skills and knowledge and deals with personal issues that may be affecting their careers.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience coaching others in job search. Experience with resume development, interview preparation, career exploration, LinkedIn profiles and other aspects of job search coaching.
• Demonstrated expertise in facilitation, business coaching, career coaching, and integration coaching.
• Experience working with job seekers on job searches in Greece.
• Very strong verbal / written communication skills (bilingual--English & French preferred).
• Able to analyze and appropriately address transitional needs.
• Ability to engage and foster positive relationships with recipients/clients.
• Understanding of business and cultural practices within Athens and surrounding areas.
• Currently lives and/or works in Greece.
• High-speed internet connection on a personal computer; headset with a microphone will be required (remote work).
• Experience working with job seekers of various professions and levels.

Ideal Candidate:

• Master's degree in a discipline involving the study of human behavior, business or related field preferred.
• Coaching certificate or training.
• Cross-cultural coaching competence.
• Familiarity with Zoom & MS Teams.
• Has personally relocated to a different country. (Expat or repat)
• Fluently speaks English & French.
