As a Recruiter based in our Distribution Center at Mandra, you will have a pivot role in identifying, attracting, assessing and hiring top talent who align with our company's values and vision You will act as a crucial bridge between potential candidates and Alfa-Beta's hiring needs for Corporate Functions, making an impact in organization's success and growth. A small idea of your daily tasks
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand the business needs and develop the most effective sourcing approach
  • Manage end to end recruitment & selection processes (job postings, CV screening, assessment tools, CBIs and extending offers to candidates)
  • Source candidates to build or enrich the talent pipeline for current and future job openings
  • Enhance positive experience for the candidates throughout the stages of the selection process, providing timely and constructive feedback
  • Promote Alfa Beta's employer branding by attending Career Fairs and developing relationships with prospective candidates

What you bring
  • BSc in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior or other relevant field. MSc is considered a plus
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent command of Greek and English language, written & verbal
  • MS suite literate, Success Factors is considered an asset
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter platform
