Responsibilities

The
Engineering
Supervisor
will have the below responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for electrical or/and mechanical systems.
• Lead a team of technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance.
• Diagnose and resolve breakdowns and equipment malfunctions efficiently.
• Implement preventive maintenance plans and ensure timely execution.
• Manage spare parts in cooperation with procurement.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize machinery performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Qualifications

For the
Engineering Supervisor
role you should have:

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience of 4+ years ideally in the pharmaceutical industry in a supervisory role.
• Great knowledge of the English language.
• Computer literacy.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
